CAP-REL uses an advanced filtering solution based on fail2ban and, above all, shares its filtering lists between all our services, including honeypots … the consequence is that the IP address of your dolibarr hosting may end up in our blacklist.

This is often the case for users who host their dolibarr on shared 'cluster' type servers, particularly at OVH: on the same cluster as you, therefore using the same hosting IP as you, there may be a rogue who uses scripts to scan all possible services for known vulnerabilities … the problem is that this sort of thing is captured by our honeypots and the IP address in question finds itself banned (for a very long time).

How to get off the blacklist

Our various modules should - if you are blacklisted - display a message like this:
