Automatic notifications

You can configure a destination email address to receive notifications when the scheduled task validates certain events.

This configuration must be made on the administration interface of the module, in the “Mail” tab.

The field is “free”, so you can configure any e-mail address you like.

When confirming a payment

A CB payment is not necessarily validated immediately by the platform. During the time lapse between the moment your customer has paid and the moment Stancer “definitively” confirms the payment, the invoice file in dolibarr will display a message such as “payment in progress”.

When the scheduled task encounters an invoice whose payment is awaiting confirmation, it will ask Stancer about the status of the procedure. If Stancer confirms that the payment is effective, the invoice will be marked as paid and you can receive a notification. This is the purpose of the “Email address to notify when confirming payments” key in the module configuration.

This is particularly true for SEPA direct debit payments, which are asynchronous by nature.

When a transfer to your main account is made

You may also want to be notified a few “days” later when the money is actually transferred to your main bank account. This is the purpose of the configuration key “Email address to notify when a transfer (outpayment) is made”.
